Silk Garden Solo - in the Silk Garden family with the same blend of Silk Mohair and Lambswool but unlike the vibrant multi colours of other yarns in this family, Solo has just one base colour although in some colourways there is a hint of other colours in little tweedy strands.

Named for the barn swallow that migrates to Japan during cherry blossom season, this is a classic worsted-weight silk/wool blend. Each oversized skein contains 656 yards making it ideal for an endless variety of one-skein projects!
Another Noro Beauty...Kumo. With a tension suggestion that this yarn is an 8ply, the meterage and look of this yarn suggests it would work up just as well on smaller needles traditionally used for 8ply yarn - 4mm.
